rjedlich
Think i've found a solution - will test it out tomorrow and advise. It seems I have to intercept the audio from the remote headphones IR transmitter, which ARE working...
rjedlich
Closure - rear seat entertainment on 04 Escalade. Grabbed wires between DVD and LCD unit for audio and video. Didn't use shielded video , so have some artifacts in video. Going to put shielded in next week. Overall, works great and saved a bunch of $ retaining existing LCD. kingchris626
Anyone that knows how to do this, please please please PM me. This is my scenario: I have a 2006 Tundra, with an avic d1 installed. The rear seat factory monitor has not worked since I installed the avic. Nobody seems to know how to do it.
