CNDV-1000HD Upgrade for Z1

Recommended Posts

Upgrading my Z1 system w/CNDV-1000HD upgrade discs. After 2 hrs. of loading updated map database, the final "Update Screen" will not allow me to restart unit ("OK" button remains inactive). Tried manual reboot (per call center) with no change. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.

CNDV-1000HD is for european units only (HD1/HD2/HD3) and not compatible with the USA Z-type models....

CNDV-1000HD is the same part number for USA and European models. I have a USA copy setting on my desk...

OK. my mistake. but are you sure the European and USA versions are really the same, despite having the same name ?...

As it's also a firmware update, I expect there to be differences....
