JasonH Posted November 18, 2010 Report Share Posted November 18, 2010 If anyone lives in the Tampa Bay Area, stay far far away from Northgate Lincoln Mercury. The differential in my 2007 Ford Mustang broke while under warranty, however Northgate Lincoln Mercury is refusing to repair it unless I pay them $2600. They have gone as far as saying I've "abused the car" and "driven it beyond it's limit". The service manager (Chris Haggstrom) is basically saying I'm getting a deal by paying $2600, which is totally outrageous. Don't ever go to Northgate Lincoln Mercury.
