Nav Traffic with D3 Issues

When I hit the nav traffic button or even traffic flows button, navigation completely freezes up. I can hit my volume knob to get to other sources and everything works fine except for navigation. It makes the map button nonoperational. I can hit the Navi Menu Button but it just brings me to a frozen map. Everything comes back when I restart the car. Anybody know of a fix, workaround other than getting rid of my nav traffic subscription? I've even tried a full reset on both head unit and GEX-P10XMT. I've also downgraded and tried it. Still fails.
