The camera itself probably needs two other connections, one is ground and the other 12v acc which you connect to the red wire in your harness. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
1loudls Posted November 30, 2010 Report Share Posted November 30, 2010 yea the install instructions would be with the camera you buy(hopefully), but most are as simple as hooking up two wires (power and ground)and then connecting the video out RCA in to the right connector on the AVIC (brown) you will also need to connect the reverse wire from the avic to the reverse wire for the car if this wasn't done at the original time of install (most people dont if they are not installing a camera at the same time) Quote Link to post Share on other sites
