Euology101 Posted January 2, 2007 Report Share Posted January 2, 2007 ok guys, i have done some searching and haven't the answer to what i'm looking for. Is there a difference between 60M and 60MP or are they the same thing? My reason for asking this is because i had a burnt copy of 60m East which was working fine. I couldn't get my hands on a west copy of this so i purchased 60mp east and west from a fellow member. I threw in the MP version and now i'm completely stuck in "please insert appropriate disc" mode ive tried downgrading to the 60m, i've tried downgrading to my oem discs 50m, nothings working. So i'm wondering if theres a difference between these two and if this maybe caused a problem in my system. running a D1. Thanks for any help guys Quote Link to post Share on other sites
NYDesi80 Posted January 4, 2007 Report Share Posted January 4, 2007 I contacted Pioneer regarding upgrading Map infomation to the D2 and also happened to discuss your situation, basically your software crashed and the only way to fix it is to reflash the system. Supposedly lot of people are running into this problem and all are victims of copied DVD's. This is not to say all are bad, because that's not true, I guess its a hit or miss. He did say Pioneer charges $75 to do the reflash and 3 weeks times is required for the entire process of shipping back and forth. Im sure someone on this forum is knowledgeable on figuring out how to reflash the system themselves. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
