wildfxp Posted December 6, 2010 Report Share Posted December 6, 2010 Hey guys, My dad is having a problem with his AVIC 80DVD. There are times when it just turns off and I can't even turn it on with the source button. I could have the screen open and everything, but the time is the only thing that shows. The main reason why I started this thread though is that the navigation doesn't seem to work. When I click the "sources" menu, the navigation button is blacked out completely. It hasn't been used for months or a least half a year now and I'm wondering if that could be an issue. I checked the navigation dvd module to see if it's still working and it still ejects and takes the disc fine. However, I'm not sure if there's a loose connection to the HU itself.
