I'm dragging in my preferred artwork into iTunes and it shows on there and I sync my phone and everything; but when I go to plug my iPhone into the X920BT, there is no artwork shown??? ugadawgs311 Posted March 14, 2011 Report Share Posted March 14, 2011 Does the iPod show the artwork when it is not plugged in to anything (i.e. the X920BT, your computer, any other device)? I've had problems like this in the past, where the artwork would show on my computer, but not on my iPod. I was able to fix it by clearing the artwork from the iPod and then reapplying it. If that doesn't work, then delete the songs from your iPod and re-add them from your computer (first, make sure that the artwork is showing in iTunes). Quote Link to post Share on other sites
BillyM67 Posted March 16, 2011 Report Share Posted March 16, 2011 I had the same issue on my iPod Touch (2nd Gen) and the X920Bt and the only way I could get it to work was to do a restore to the iPod through iTunes and then re-add all the music. Kind of a pain, but it worked and all album art is showing up. Unfortunately, I added a new cd a few days later and the artwork did not show up again on the X920BT....did the restore and all is good. So, I am gathering from this that I may have to do a restore anytime I add new music to my iPod if I want the album art. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
