myke2241 Posted April 13, 2011 Report Share Posted April 13, 2011 Anyone know if the AVIC mic is .. 1. have a ground shield AKA balanced (judging by pictures it looks like it is unbalanced)? 2. is the mic input powered AKA plug power. like say most new solid state portable audio field recorders? 3. What is the pickup pattern (AKA polar pattern) of the stock mic? would be cool if it is narrow and direction I.E. Cardoid or Hyper Cardoid! Quote Link to post Share on other sites
