So either you have a faulty unit or it was installed incorrectly, THATS IT. Yes the gps is not a strong point of these units, but thats all been well documented and knowing that I still bought one, and do not regret it. To me the bluetooth is more of an annoyance than the gps... however i've now gotten a chance to experience some different kenwood models and like everyone else their are pros and cons.
