donniesd Posted June 7, 2011 Report Share Posted June 7, 2011 I installed my Z110BT into my 06 Chevy Silverado with the metra GMOS-04 for the onstar and bose. My problem is when i put my key in and do the first "acc" turn of the key. The unit comes on, and sound plays. But as soon as i go to on position or start the car. I get no audio. The amp wire on the z110 needs to be tied into the pink wire on the trucks harness to control the bose amp. I am still waiting on some parts so i have not put the bezel and stuff in. But it works. While searching for my problem i seen a lot of posts with your problem, left un-answered. Maybe take it to a professional installer. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
franknitty69 Posted June 9, 2011 Report Share Posted June 9, 2011 i just installed an avic-z130 in a cadillac escalade using the GMOS-04. the blue/white wire of the avic needs to be connected to the blue/white wire on the 14-pin harness of the gmos-04. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
