mgideon
I seldom use my iphone in my truck, but I notice when I connect it, two things happen. The head unit turns to the iPhone/ipod, and the same song starts. EVERY TIME. There are times I just want to connect my phone to charge it. I've also noticed that since I've connected my Pioneer ipod cable, when I put my vehicle in reverse the backup camera is no longer displayed. I can get it to split screen if I'm in GPS mode, which I seldom do. Is there a way to not have the iphone start automatically start playing? If I can't, is there a way to pick a random or at least different song? Finally, how can I get my full screen backup camera working again. I tried putting AV2 to backup, but in reverse i don't see anything. Thanks, Mike
VBLUE42
1. No 2. There is an issue with the reverse wire on the back of the unit that triggers the camera. Have that looked at.
John Dolan
The best thing you can do with the first issue is name the coolest song you have AAAAAA, that way it will always play that. I thought about making a sound file that tells me how wonderful I am.
Camelonian
Not sure about how everyone else's works, but with my iPhone 3GS it will either continue to play the last song I was listening to (unless I powered off or reset the phone, then it goes back to the first song on the list), or will pull the first song off of the prebuilt On-the-Go playlist, which is randomized.
