I want to add the steering wheel adapter, but which one is best? also a back up camera ? a hd tuner , a traffic tuner. what do you all recommend? or should i just be looking at a avic Z series instead? but i would still need to find a back up camera , there is soo many out there, i want it to show up in color, and be waterprof ,so please help, I hope that wasnt too many different things in one, thanks in advance for your help

First you'll need a wiring adapter and dash adapter:

Metra http://metraonline.com/

Schosche http://www.scosche.com

PAC http://www.pac-audio.com/SWI/ or Metra steering wheel interface adapter

support from all of them is great

traffic tuner, not worth the $$ IMHO

hd tuner, never tried it but might

camera choices are too many to list, most are waterproof and color, some have nightvision.

get one that has the widest field of vision, purchased 2 from ebay seller for $15 each they're good enough for us.

more $$$ doesn't mean better

read the instructions a few times to make sure it goes easier when your ready to install

good luck!

i've installed the 930bt in my wifes rx330 and my 97x, both work great especially phone bluetooth

Hi, I just installed an avic 930bt in my 09 silverado, everything works great. I wish to have taken pics of the process but I did not know about this site at that time, sorry! everything works great I love my avic so far. the 930bt allows you to change colors on your panel and I was able to change it to the same color that my silverado has!
