The GPS map loads but is slow in showing me where I actually am, meaning if I turn onto another street it displays the old streets name for about 30 seconds. Secondly it won't let me type in destination at the GPS menu! That option isn't lit up. Any idea what's going on with my uni? Quote Link to post Share on other sites
jwq Posted February 6, 2012 Report Share Posted February 6, 2012 A number of functions (such as inputting destination) can only be used if you have the handbrake applied, unless you bypass the unit. This is a security feature. Also check that you have good gps reception, and have the Vss speedpulse hooked up. Also if it is a used (2nd hand unit), you have to reset the calibration (from the relevant menu), as it won't be correct for your car. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
