northernneil Posted March 24, 2012 Report Share Posted March 24, 2012 Hi Guys, I've just installed the unit today into a lexus is, but even though i've put god know how many HU's in, I'm struggling with the wiring for the handbrake. Where would i find the power side? Most handbrakes i know are a simple 1 wire earth switch. What I'm actually asking is how to wire the push switch to bypass it? I'm assuming a simple push to make switch will do, but then I'm reading about having it grounded? Can someone explain the switch wiring in terms for a simple englishman? green/white - ? +12v - ? ground - ? (i think!) Quote Link to post Share on other sites
