ToDieFor
What types of Rear View Cameras can I use with my X930BT? I would like to add one but don't want to spend a ton of money. Thoughts?
1loudls
if any time would have been spent searching, you would have seen that any aftermarket camera will work. go cheap if you want to, but you get what you pay for.
FeloniusMonkey
What about OEM cameras? I have a 2011 Nissan Rogue which came with its backup camera already installed. I'm wondering if it already connects via an RCA plug. I'm hoping the worst case scenario is that I'll have to sever the old plug, and replace it with an RCA plug for the Pioneer. NorthTron
Try to spend 11$ on a ePDF of your vehicles service manual. I got mine for a Nissan 2011 quest online for $10.99. It'll have every last detail about what connections are what so long as its OEM. Best $11 I ever spent. I upgraded stock system with avh8400, new speakers, sub and back up camera. All from referencing tge service manual On my iPhone My mini van is far too loud for anything useful, but my kids watch Yo Gabba Gabba on their way to daycare and just love it
1loudls
100% oem camera will not have RCA connector, however should be easy to convert with a little testing as long as what ever turns the camera on is not being done through data. even easier with the proper schematics
