zorrac Posted May 17, 2012 Author Report Share Posted May 17, 2012 not sure. it shut off while driving. i only had ot a few days so i qas not that familiar i hit reset several times to no avail. after truck was off for a while it then came back said fatal av error bit it works except no phone stiff. tail24 Posted May 17, 2012 Report Share Posted May 17, 2012 hold in the restart button on the unit for about 10 seconds, and see what happens. Also if you are mechanically inclined and feel okay with doing it dissconnect your car battery and then re-connect it. This will cut total power to system and make take you out of this mode. If those dont work I would go into testmode and place a fresh copy of someones myflashdisk in there and see if that cures the problem. I have never seen this debug mode on my unit and other then these ideas I am not much more help Quote Link to post Share on other sites
