Help! AvicN2 Problem

Recommended Posts

Hey gang newbie to the forum needs help! I have an AvicN2 that was sent in to Pioneer for out or warranty repair work. Before reinstalling I was going to do the bypass with the conductivity pen. I have done it to several friends units with no problem. However when my unit came back from Pioneer it had a new void if removed sticker- not the usual silver tape as original but a round white with red wording sticker.

The problem is after removing the sticker the unit no longer has the usual two pin plug but has been replaced with a four pin plug. Has anyone else encountered this and if so which pins do you solder now?

It does not have any type of switch like the new N3 either. It is a four pin plug. PLEASE HELP if anyone knows what to do without damaging the unit or repair work done to the RCA jacks.

Thanks----
