Looking at an F10BT

Recommended Posts

The F10BT (same as Z110BT), uses the same stock nav/ui that you are used to from F310BT. There is a 2012 app/map update available that you will be interested in.

The faceplate is motorized/tilt, but does not detach.

You can run apps, but it is not as easy or straightforward as f310bt. You will probably not be able to use igo8 or other custom navs, although some have gotten custom navs to work on this series through some heavy modding. Do some research in Z110BT and F hacks/forums.

IMHO, it's a better unit (if you have it upgraded to 2012 software & maps)

As far as value goes, that is subjective!

so you mean that there is little chance the F10BT logging in, or is it a good device and it is best left as is. Is there anyone that has transformed the device with many browsers and has been very good. Your you advise?, Greetings
