So Pioneer received my Z1 on Tuesthe 6th. I called on the 12th as I have not heard anything. The repair dept places me on hold for 15 minutes and states "oh we were going to call you today" For some reason I don't believe her :)

 

I ask if its possible for me to pay for overnite shipping when the repair is complete? I am told no they only will ship ground. I can't believe what a pain in the a$$ this is to have a unit repaired when I am paying for the repair to begin with!
