ganaoil
When I go to Maps, I get a message "Failed to receive GPS signal". Did I miss anything during the installation? How do I check connectivity between GPS and the unit?
dannyz3343
I don't know about the DA-02 but I had the DA-01 and over time, I think because of where I placed the GPS, it slowly started to fail. In the end I took it off, and the iphone handled GPS location way more than fine. As far as your radio, double check the connection. If it has failed, and you're using an iphone, just remove it. You won't have any problems getting accurate location data using just the iPhone's built in hardware.
yonel
DA02 as pioneer says is the "same" as the 01...so can you see in config general setup the info where gps signal is displayed ?
dannyz3343
The appradio 1 is pretty vague as far as the GPS signal it is receiving. When mine was failing the machine showed no difference in the info it was giving. Just GPS-connected or something along those lines.

I installed Waze and I got GPS signal but still same message with "Maps" does that mean my connectivity is ok.
JLs64
What version of iOS are you using? Also is your WiFi or 3G turned on? It is necessary to have the WiFi turned on even though you are not using the WiFi otherwise you will get the “Failed to receive GPS signal†msg.
yonel
( for me that's not normal to have such message when gps antenna is physically available...but if i remember, my ipod touch 4 react the same as you...i'll buy another one, to see, know jailbreak 6.1 is ok )
tancrazio
I also had this problem. Try to see the localization settings on your iphone, if appradio is enabled. Bye! ps sorry for my English
