justinm001
Just updated my x910bt to avicnet2.1 and don't have a2dp. I want to listen to music from my phone to the head unit, since its a pain to keep updating the iPod. the front aux input is a audio and video correct? Any cable I can use to convert to stereo audio to use the input on my phone? Or do I need to run a y cable from back? I want to keep the iPod hooked up also if possible. pionara
If you want to use ipod cable with control from head unit, it will have to be connected to AV1 on av harness in the back, using the proper pioneer (or equivalent cable) that has usb, video, and stereo audio rcas, with dock connector on the other end. Alternatively, i think you can use the apple composite cable (which some people like better). Be warned about using ebay aftermarket clones of apple composite cables.
