stiggysaurus
Hello, this is my first post and thread - I have a 6000NEX. I noticed today that the navigation is slightly off. I remember in older Pioneer units, there was a menu setting that allowed the user to recalibrate location manually. I read the NEX manual but was unable to find anything to fix this. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!
jwq
If you have the speedpulse (Vss) etc. hooked up (which you really should have ), the system will automatically calibrate over time using map matching....
Hurricanefan1
I have mentioned about the calibration being off, and the older models having the recalibration as well. The map can be anywhere from 100ft to 500ft off at times, and my VSS IS hooked up, and all the data lines are full. After it once did a reset on it's own for no apparent reason, I have reset it myself to try to get the map calibrated with no luck.
Spankey
Mine is off as well. Speed pulse was not connected so I'll never be able to tell if that works. It's a bit annoying.
