coocho
it lists tv tuner ready for the Z2 but not for the Z1. From what ive seen, i am pretty sure the Z1 was tuner ready.
bobmun
I used the same tv tuner for both the z1 & z2
PaisanNYC
Dont forget the MSRP on the older Z1 is $50 MORE than the newer Z2!
Lil Red
Can someone tell me what "Point Addressing" is? The comparison shows the Z1 does not have this function.
bobmun
It is supposed to take you to the front door of an address as opposed to near the front door. I have not noticed any difference though. The Z2 tells me I have arrived at my destination ½ block from my house in the same place the Z1 did. They say it takes about 400 miles to calibrate the nav function. I am only at 120 so I am waiting to see if it improves.
ducatiboy
Can someone tell me what "Point Addressing" is? The comparison shows the Z1 does not have this function. I think my wife can do "Point Addressing". When we are in the car alone there are a lot of points she decides to address while I'm trying to drive. Maybe the Z2 is a wife replacement (that it nags more than the Z1 could).
bobmun
Maybe the Z2 is a wife replacement (that it nags more than the Z1 could). In my case that is not possible!
whtcrxghst
The mapping company mapped 4 million POI and 40+ million other addresses by latitude and longitude. So if it works, it will know more accurately where they are Can someone tell me what "Point Addressing" is? The comparison shows the Z1 does not have this function.
