shockme66 Posted April 3, 2007 Report Share Posted April 3, 2007 Ok, I installed my D3 yesterday with no problems everything is working but: Can't find VSS, but unit seems to work fine without it. Can't find the wire to conect the camera to for reverse detection. Can't find what wire to hook the illumination wire to, so the unit auto dims. Help needed!!! Quote Link to post Share on other sites
Mr.AlMuhairi Posted April 3, 2007 Report Share Posted April 3, 2007 i have a D2 and i didnt connect the illumination wire, just set the illumination to auto and it will change automatically. For the reverse wire, i run the wire all the way to the back taillight and connected it to the reverse +ve signal wire and connected the camera to a power source and run a RCA wire all the way to the unit. I didnt connect the VSS wire and the unit just workes fine. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
