Taz
Have any of you had any issues with the D3 in bright sunlight. I am having a hard time viewing it inside my truck even though the light isn't direct. It doesn't seem like the contrast and brightness really have much of an effect on the screen or am I missing something? I may be regretting not getting a nav with a tilt screen. Off-axis viewing while good may not be good enough for where it is located in my truck and I am a tall guy. I may try and shim it up at an angle to me.
jsmithsole
Yes, I am noticing the same thing. Mine sits a bit low and at times is hard to see. I had the N2 before which was fully adjustable and I had just the right angle set so I didn't have a problem. I am going to try to re-angle mine this weekend as well... Good luck!
