memyself
I just installed a used refurbished Avic-n1 and the GPS antenna doesnt seem to work, so i ordered a new one. ALso i dont have any of the manuals. Now a couple of questions, how long does it take for the sensor to intialize? When i push "connection status" We got: Speed Pulse - 0 GPS - NG Sensor - Sensor Intializing Also do i need the antenna plugged in for the sensor to intialize or what? Also does anyone want to maybe burn me a copy of the CNDV-40mt West Disk?

whtcrxghst
Yes you need the antenna plugged in for the sensor to initialize. It usually takes less than 500 miles, much less if you connect the VSS wire
memyself
Thanks. I was freaking out because i knew the GPS Antenna was bad and i was hoping that the sensor wasnt fucked also because i have had it in my car for over 500 miles and the thing still says sensor initializing. Anyone got any of the CNDV-40MT West disks i could buy a burned copy of? Version 1.
