Because of the good info on this site, I am going to purchase an AVIC-D3 for my 2005 Ford Five Hundred Limited. But before I buy, I want to make sure that my car does indeed have a VSS/Speed wire. Based off of reading the other info for Fords, I assume that the wire is gray/black wire in the harness, correct? Also, I need the location fo the reverse wire as well. E, pin 18 FORD, FIVE HUNDRED, 2005, Reverse Light The SJB (Smart Junction Box) is the fuse/relay box under the driver side dash. I can't find a VSS wire for you though.
