'03 F250 install

Have a Z2 on the way. I am going to be putting it my '03 F250. I realize that I have to do some minor trimming to get the hole to be a true double-din. Has anyone done it in an '03? I think the '02 is similar but the '04 may be different. Anything '05 or newer is pretty different.

 

I would love to see some pictures!

I was soooooo dissapointed when the guy at BestBuy told me the Z2 wouldnt fit in my 2000 F-350.

 

I REALLY want this unit, but I also want the ability to take it with me in a year or two when I buy a new truck. (in other words, put the factory back in, and have it still look fairly factory)

I have a pic at home with the D3 in the same vehicle. I'll try and post it up when I get home. Though you do have to trim the dash a pit, it is possible to reinstall the factory radio once you remove the avic.

BTW, what did you do for trim around the AVIC unit???

 

I am wondering if a dash kit for an '07 f-250/350 would trim it out with a little modification.
