unlocking the z2 hardrive so u can down the bypass cd-r

does any body know how to unlock the z2 hardrive so i can install the bypass down load cd-r that i got from the site helpp this way my wife can watch dvd's up front, my installer hooked up some switch which does not seem to work after i go past 25 mph. it goes back to the lock-out screen

you do not need to unlock your hard drive to do the bypass.

Before Hyperlite came up with the update CD, you needed to unlock your drive to load a couple files when it was hooked to the computer.

 

With Hyperlite's ISO file, no unlock needed. Unless you want to hook your Z1/Z2's hard drive to the PC to mess with the files in there, unlocking is not necessary.
