Superdart
New here, and new to AVICs. Fast back story..I am rewiring a 2004 Ram for a friend with lots of stuff, and trying to do a correct/proper install of his N2. Has 12 disc CD changer, Sirius (that he doesn't use) XM Traffic (which he really likes) iPod, and external Nokia bluetooth system with seperate speaker. The head unit is gone. Someone tried the bypass and burned up the motherboard. Basicly I need a whole head unit to get it working. Two questions: 1) Are there places to get whole head units? 2) Would I be better off to just get a new/updated unit for him? He uses the iPod more than the changer, and loves the XM Traffic, but would love to have built in Blue tooth for auto answer, and playing the audio over his stereo. OPinions? whtcrxghst
You can get that fixed for like $200. A new HU will likely be far more than that
