slab42
american international kit GM-K422 (usually packaged with GM-K420, just look in the bag) Metra kit 99-2003 (make sure the pocket is removable, and not molded to get a cleaner look) or schosche kit GM1590 I mostly use the american international kits, they have very good fitment

SilveradoJoe
Not sure why the Search button is so hard for people to find on this forum here you go: http://www.avic411.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=9377
hottwhyrd
lol i think we should create a new forum for chevy/gmc/cady pickups and suvs but then also one for chrysler/dodge/jeep too what about an instalation one?
SilveradoJoe
lol i think we should create a new forum for chevy/gmc/cady pickups and suvs but then also one for chrysler/dodge/jeep too what about an instalation one? Well, I think that is what they tried to do with the "Vehicle Specific Wiring" forum. Although, it seems that every time I come to this site I can't help but see "VSS" plastered all over the front page. I like to come here to learn about real problems/solutions and other information that people share. I also used the abundant information on this forum to install my own D3 (in particular, the link I posted above), which is why I pass it on to others. (Even tho it was very easy to find with the Search feature).
