AudioLimits
Reverse signal extension lead (purple/white wire with in-line fuse resistor and attached plastic wire splicer) I lost my wire transfering between cars. What ohm is the inline resistor on the wire so I can make my own. Thanks!
customnds0913
Hey man last time i recal there was no resistor inline with the purple white wire for reverse light!?! The only thing ive ever had to do on some cars is put a diode inline on a bentley arnage, ferrari f 430 just because it had so much interferance in the line but 99% of the time you dont have to do anything just cut a peice of wire and run it
davemonkee
it a diode, the reason it's in there is to prevent feedback, so your reverse lights aren't on. honestly probably 9 out of 10 installers don't even use it, lol. hope this helps dave
