Dav448 Posted November 14, 2015 Report Share Posted November 14, 2015 I am frustrated and need help and guidance. I purchased a new AVH-4100NEX from Best Buy through their website. I had BB also do the install. It worked great for several weeks. A week or two ago, I purchased the cables required to hook up my Samsung Note 3 too to use the nav and other features. Today, I install those cables, along with a backup camera. The system worked perfectly with the cables, after I installed the camera, I started to have problems. The problem is all that is displayed is the backup camera guidelines, and a caution message "The video may appear reversed". I disconnected the camera, but the display does not change. I tried to reset the system, but it returns to the same display conditions. I tried applying the parking brake, then pressing reset, but still no change. I need help. Regards, Dave.
