Salty Posted December 23, 2015 Report Share Posted December 23, 2015 I have a avic-7100nex and updated the firmware from 1.03 to 1.05. The update was successful but when I used the navigation I lost all sounds from Alarms, Beeps, Warning and Announcer. I tried the factory reset within Navigation but still the same issue. I went through changing the Voice Announcer and still the same issue. Has anybody come across this issue before? Much help would be appreciated. Thanks Quote Link to post Share on other sites
Salty Posted December 28, 2015 Author Report Share Posted December 28, 2015 ****update**** Figured out what happened, Pioneer Support informed me the Navigation Sound (Voice TTS, Beeps and Alarms) will only come from the front speakers. Apparently, my RCA cables from my 4 channel Amp was reversed. All this time I was listening to my rear connection and not the front. (Doh!!) I corrected the cable and now I am able to hear the Navigation Sound. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
