sherm1082 Posted January 25, 2016 Report Share Posted January 25, 2016 Hey guys. I put all of my music and a few videos on a 32 GB SD card. I can access all of my music but not my videos. The video folder is grayed out. At first I thought it was a problem with the file formats so I picked one video and reformatted it numerous ways. It still wouuldn't play. I have a 4 gig card so I put the exact same video on there by itself and it played. I put some music on the same card to see what would happen and the music folder was grayed out and inaccessible. 493008 Posted January 25, 2016 Report Share Posted January 25, 2016 When there is more than one media type on a card, you need to change playback modes to access files of that type. Touch the note symbol in the lower left corner. There is video, music, and picture. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
