trance112
you will need an indash kit for both the type-s or a base model. However, you can use a basemodel factory kit, but you will be left with huge gaps on each side. I have a Base, and i bought the American international kit http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_269 ... -K864.html the only thing you have to do with this kit is cut some plastic peace which is easy to do, and file a bit off to make is smooth. PM me if you need more instructions on this or need any help. This link will give you step by step on how to remove the factory headunit. Its preety easy. http://www.clubrsx.com/cr/SSIIAS.html check out http://forums.clubrsx.com/showthread.php?t=431813 this link for all info on RSX's and the d3. We will be making an DIY install step by step w/ pics soon for every one to use.
