Do Steering Controls in a 2007 4runner sport work with Z2

I have just purchased a new 2007 4runner sport and would like to put in an AVIC Z2. I was wondering if anyone knows a way to use the existing steering wheel controls with the Z2??? Is there an adapter or another way to make them work. I have the premium stereo, but not the JBL.

 

Also, what dash trim kit would work with the double din Z2 for the 4runner. Where would I get it.

No it will not work

btw: I have 05 Sport 4Runner and the Z2 looks very nice and works great.

Yes you can use the steering wheel controls - at least according to PAC about their SWI-PS for Pioneers: http://www.pac-audio.com/swixprogrammin ... les&ID=221

The interface, is this a separate wiring setup / harness, or is there still another wire harness I will need.

Sorry, I answered my own question about the PAC device.

I order them both and will have them shortly

just get the steering remote CD-SR11 from pioneer. works fine for me
