Tim
Was wondering how to view pictures taken with my digital camera? If they are still on the camera...what cord do I need to pulg in to the front of the AVIC D3 to my camera? Or is that not possible? And if I put all the pictures and videos from my camera onto a CD, it won't play on my deck? Why...what am I doing wrong? Has anyone done this? Let me know. Thanks
Xenster
i don't know about pictures, but i know digi cameras like to save video in .mov format, which the d3 won't read. you have to get a converter and conver it to a format that it will read, like pure divx. i know you need to load a picture as .jpg in order to load a new background on the d3, maybe you should try that? did you try rotating through the media formats when playing the discs? whtcrxghst
Or you can get one of the cables for your camera that plugs right into the A/V2 input right on the front of the D3
Tim
Yeah but what does that cable look like? Is there a part number? Because both ends have to look like a head phone jack! Right?
whtcrxghst
One end looks like a headphone jack with four rings on it. The other end would look like the connector on your specific camera Yeah but what does that cable look like? Is there a part number? Because both ends have to look like a head phone jack! Right?
