ScubaSteve
Ok, I see this has happened to quite a few other people. You put in the update disc and it gets to about 90 then it says failed and just keeps a never ending cycle of rebooting. What I don't see is an answer for it. I have a Z2 and I got my disc FROM pioneer. So I don't know what else to do. I have tried resetting it about 20 times and it just keeps saying update failed, rebooting. HELP!!! What do I do now? UPDATE: It fixed itself. I got up the next day and it finished the update. So if this happens to you don't panic. Just give it a day and it should take care of itself. whtcrxghst
Seems like for most people, it fixes itself. Some have said just keep ejecting and re-inserting the disk. Others had given up, left the disk in, and when they got in their car the next day it decided to finish on its own. Strange
ScubaSteve
You are right sir. I got up this morning turned on my car and it said updating 1/1, rebooted and all is well. F'n Pioneer's always gotta screw with us. Bastards.
Sobek
mine did this and it finally fixed it self, but it still says version 2.0000 any ideas????
waly01
I am actually having the same exact problem. I even had pioneer send me the actual disc and I put it in and it won't reset. My version is also 2.000 after my disk wouldn't stop rebooting and magically fixed itself.
