nombomb Posted October 26, 2007 Report Share Posted October 26, 2007 just got a brand new nano (the square looking one with the brushed metal finish) and it works fine with the head phone-out. but when connected to the avic-z2 via the pioneer ipod cable, it gives me a "search failed" error when i touch the search button. now, my old nano worked fine with the avic till it died altogether... so i pop a new nano on there and NOTHING. is anyone else out there having this same problem? id rather make it work than return it and have no ipod.
