Z2 resets?

Can someone please list the types of resets for the z2 and how to do them?

Im having the problem where it wont start up, and its just getting worse, I hear a level 4 reset will help, I searched on here and ppl just say look at the instructions..

 

My roommates threw that box out! They thought it was trash, so thats gone... so now I dont have that and thus im having a problem doing the resets.

AHHH! wtf..

 

So I went to do the method 4 reset, and now it gets past the loading pioneer navigation screen.. finishes... and then turns black and wont do anything.

Make sure that your CD-R follows these specifications as follows;

- You can only use a CD-R finalized with single-session format.

- You can only use a CD-R finalized with "Mode-1" format.
