Connecting a laptop to a N2

it is possible, you will need an s-video output on your laptop, s-video to rca adaptor, then you need to clone your display on the laptop, plug it into the input on the brain, and for audio, get an 1/8" to rca adaptor and also plug that into the brain. now all you need to do is turn on the external input on your unit, there is no way to control your laptop with the HU, but you will have it there.

What if you skip the video part? just stick a rca video cord into the spot and just use audio? would that work at all? home stereos or with dvd players work without the video hooked up, not that you want no video but Im just saying...

so skipping the video, and just plugging audio...would that be good enough?
