  1. I have the radio and honestly regret it. First thing I hate is that you must enter the address EXACT. Say the address is 555 W pablo street and there is no 555 east pablo st. On my phone I can say 555 Pablo st or even 555 pablo and it will find the address. This radio, you must type in 555 w pablo and it will ask you for st, dr, ln pl and if you forget it will say that it can't find the address instead of checking all of them and giving you an option to select the one's that exist. It has a very dumb input. Second is if you mistakenly click to tag a music and don't own an ipod, You will
  2. I have 3 tagged songs on my AVIC-x950bh. I would like to know how to remove these tags without the use of an iphone. I see no options for this at all from the instruction manual and it seems that almost no one has this radio so no one speaks of this either. Pioneer must have included such a basic feature in their radio right? I am somewhat frightened as since this is no longer their latest radio, they aren't going to release any fixes for it anymore.
  3. Hello, I find it foolish that my pioneer x950bh has a worthless USB charge part in the rear and to get a working USB port, you much buy an iphone accessory that will further add to clutter as it will comes with an extra unneeded wire and the need to waste more money. Is there a pin-out available for the CD-IU201N iphone/USB plug adapter? If I can find the pins that connect to the data portion of the USB, I can solder the two data pins to the charge port and make it a functional USB port.
  4. I figured that I had to chime in to save anyone money. To use the S4 you need the MHL 2.0 adapter. You don't need any special pioneer cables that they charge lots of money from. All you need is a regular HDMI cable for it to work. They force you to buy a cable if you want to use an external usb device though. Source: I have a galaxy s4 and didn't buy any extra cables from pioneer.
