  1. Drove an hour to the shop only to find out the AppRadio is a "Factory Service Only" unit and needs to be sent in directly to Pioneer. Now to give Pioneer a call again and start packing this paperweight up.
  2. I just contacted a local pioneer warranty shop today and am in the process of removing the appradio and dropping it off to them. It will suck not having any tunes for awhile, but as it stands my appradio only works about 40% of the time anyhow.
  3. Some Toyotas have a power wire in the wireing harness that powers an antenna amplifier. My Vibe/Matrix is like this.
  4. I purchased mine from Amazon the week they were released. Can anyone tell me what my best course of action would be to get these issues resolved. Amazon or Pioneer?

  6. Maybe it's time to start a list of things we hate about our appradios since there seems to be more to hate than love The thing I hate most is the phone interface. The displayed recent call list, missed or dialed calls never comes close to what the actual phone shows.   7. Sounds a bit more serious. Luckily mine will resume normal operation after having the car off for a longer period of time. However, it's a pain in the *** when your depending on it for GPS and it "blacks out" after stopping for gas or running in a store for a snack I can still use the gps on the phone only but it still sucks not being able to benefit from the appradio display and audio.
  8. The motionX app updated recently too. I wonder if it's on their end and not iOS 5? Either way, I noticed yesterday that mine is doing the same things you described after the updates.

  10. 4 times in the last two weeks my unit has frozen on a blacked out screen after a quick restart. Everytime this has happened has been when the vehicle was shut off for less than 5min and restarted. Seems to be related to the "quick restart" feature. When it happens everything is frozen including the reset button, all I get ate the volume and home buttons lit. The unit is inopp. until the vehicle his shut off for an extended period of time. Anyone else experiencing this?
  11. My time stays accurate but my day of the week displayed will be off by a day sometimes. It eventually corrects itself after a day or two of being incorrect.
