i know its an old post. what ever happened with this? sounds like the same guy that screwed me from ebay. messed up my n1. said he would help me out, but he took my money and ran. i cannot remember his name

i can seem to burn it. i used dvd decryptor and saved as iso file. i tried to use dvd shrink to burn it, but will not let me do anything

who sells the usb adaptor? i wonder if that will work for me. i want to try and put a carputer in my truck. the kid who is gonna help me asked if i had a usb port

check for a local shop who does repairs on radios. i dropped mine off to have a new screen put in it. they did the bypass for me. then i had to return it for a roller problem. after reading all the nitemares people have on here after sending them back to pioneer. i will never send mine to them

i tried burned copy of the n2 disc i bought off of ebay. it messed my radio all up. i just bought an original disc off of ebay.

i tried this with my n1 with a n2 brain. when i do this part. "WHEN FINISHED PRESS (BACK) FIND NUMBER 6 PROGRAM FORCED WRITE AGAIN (OK) NUMBER 3 APPLICATION PROGRAM (OK) SELECT 2 DVD/CD ROM (OK) SELECT 1 UK ENGLISH...THEN PRESS (VIEW – POS) BUTTON SHOULD SEE SYSTEM GOING UP IN % " it shows next to english uk NG. after that im stuck. it tells me to insert proper disk. problem started after i could not find an addy. so i installed updated disc i got off ebay. which was a burned copy. i put the east disc in and half way into the upgrade it said disc error or something along

sorry if this is already asked. i searched and found nothing. its one thing after a another with this radio. i have a n1 with a n2 brain. my vdd is not working. i have the vss and everything else hooked up. is there a setting to turn it on?

every time someone posts on a thread im in. i dont get a notification. i have it set right, but i still get nothing. the other problem. when i go to click submit. it acts like i am clicking on preview. ill click it over and over again. sometines after 5-6 trys it works. other times i get pissed and not even bother with it. anybody have any ideas?

can you do anything with my truck in these pics? maye flames in the background? i talked to a local pioneer deler. they will change my screen for a new one. have it done that same day also. and cheaper than pioneer and no shipping cost also

try using a plus R disc? cant remeber which i used and it works fine on my n1

thats why i wont send anything to them to get fixed. i have a local pioneer dealer who is gonna fix my n1. i tried to recalibrate the screen and i can not get it to work. local guy said its the touch screen thats screwed up. he is gonna solder the 197 pin, out a new screen in it. and its gonna cost me 150.00 for everything. im gonna drop it off to one of his stores on sat. he will have it ready for me on monday. and hes evn gonna drop it off and hes about an hour away

whats up everybody. just picked up a avic-n1 with a n2 hide away the other day. after some saerching for parts i came across this site. alot of info on here i didnt realize about these radios. im sure im gonna have alot of questions to ask about them, but as always search before you ask. i been looking for the dvd bypass, but came up empty. maybe now that i can log in i can find it. so off to searching i go.
