Hi, I have an other question. I have successfully installed this image to my avic f700, but I would like to add an other applications to the system. When I'm booting up in windows, I'm able to run another navigation system which I have installed on my SD card. But I would like to launch this navigation system from the main user interface. I know that the MainMenu application launches the main user interface, but does someone knows how I can add another application to this user interface. Or is the main user interface hard coded and should I compile it from scratch (where can I get the code)?? The second navigation system should be launched from the SD card, because I don't have any space left on the flash disk.
Any help would be welcome.

I bricked my f700bt than i did this procedure however how long is the pioneer logo supposed to show? Its not getting past the pioneer logo for 30 minutes now. I setup the language and then it rebooted and now i am at the pioneer logo screen.

Is this one better or worse on the F700BT than ryar's hack with AvicNet and Igo Primo? Does it include igo Primo?

Not sure but I think this firmware (FX3.1) is only for North American Pioneer units. It may not work for European units as they are different (hardware or software, not sure)

Looks like the maps are from 2008...I am yet to install to find out if that is the case!

hello everyone. I followed the steps and got the f900bt working but the maps were american. I downloaded the igo8 rar file and copied over the files to the igo folder but when I went to copy them over to "my flash drive" it started giving me errors. I tried deleting all the american files and replacing them with the european ones. Same with the rest of the files like "ezrider" and "igo" but it still showed me errors. Now I'm trying with just the "maps" folder replaced.
Can someone give me a tutorial on how to replace the navigation and map files with the european ones?

Hello guys, i followed the instructions to this forum to a tee, and my avic-f700bt is stuck on the pioneer screen whether i reboot or not, i also tried 4.0.1 update and then got an infinite black screen as well so i dont know whats going on with this unit, can anyone help

Did you get that to work?
I followed the instruction posted on here to flash over the fx3.1 files (https://mega.nz/folder/zxk03JJT#o2b_QPi1_CyTaRTbtMe4zg) and am able to get the head unit running but there is no bluetooth firmware. when I go to update the firmware it shows nothing as installed. Also when I look at the device info in the windows explorer it shows up as 'avic-f700' not 'avic-f700bt'. It looks just like the one in imyeremy's picture - with the led BT indicator on the bottom left, I'm pretty sure it should work.
Any recommendations on how to add the BT files to the fx3.1.rar or another set of files I could flash with?

Wo kann ich die Dateien für das FX3.1 Update sowie der WINCE-Images bekommen.
Sämtliche Links im Thread sind mittlerweile nicht mehr erreichbar bzw. enthalten nichts mehr. Der Torrent auf Seite 1 läuft auch nicht (mehr).
Kann jemand die benötigten Dateien bereit stellen?
Ich habe eine F500BT UC und würde gerne eine aktuelle freie Version installieren, um auch die neuesten Karten nutzen zu können.
