I use daftia's mode 2.3 now is works very good. But I want the view of the display Always in driving position and nod not Always to the north. Is that possible.

I just tried installing but it didnt work.

All it did was open up in windows screen (test mode?)

Anything else I should do?

tried again and got menu this time. Installed and works great.

Still going thru all the options n menus but wt an improvement. Luv it, thank you

I found some messing about to get sounds working. Maybe selecting voices and still didn't work and had to mess with volume and mute options, I didn't realise but voices were coming in but very very quiet and I sorted it with sound/mute settings, no voices needed uploading.

Also meant to ask, is this based on any particular navigation or is it stll the iGO but modifying someway ?

Or is it different version, I think I saw Nav n Go somewhere.

Anyone compared this to the nav software on the avicnet, what is the primo like ?

Tempted to try but a wondering how many flash attempts you have on the device !

I hope I am posting in the correct thread with this issue.

I have been running a converted MRZ 088 unit for well over three years until I attempted to update the Garmin feature. After this attempt, all extras were gone from the unit, as if a malware was introduced. I attempted to reload the firmware however, nothing works, after a zillion attempts using various different iterations of the firmware.

After examining the files loaded onto the system, I observed a "dump file" showing where execution seem to stop at a "JIT.EXE. I presume this means "just-in-time".

Can anyone here shed any light as to what may have occurred and how this can be overcome.?

All I get from the unit is the slash screen, nothing else.

A few times the system appear to start initializing then stops abruptly, other times nothing happens.

You have done some fantastic work here. I was wondering though if the mod would run on an AVIC-F930BT Australia unit with firmware version 6.0. Please let me know.
