First of all i realy love this mod , it works almost perfect

I can;t use the tmc traffic info ..

but i have notised that the european ini file is'nt used .

some how i see difference int the way tmc is used here ,

uc file :

[tmc]

new_event_recalc_timeout=5

changed_event_recalc_timeout=20

enable_flow_lines=1

enable_flow_icons=1

EW file:

[tmc]

source="gns"

port="COM,4"

new_event_recalc_timeout=5

changed_event_recalc_timeout=15

enable_flow_lines=0

enable_flow_icons=0

Could that be the problem ?

And not all the settings are saved when i turn the 900 off.

Like the EQ it keeps getting back at powerfull even when i set it to personal ...

any idea's ?

Open SYS.txt and edit the first couple of lines to remove the semicolumn ";" in front of the line identifying your european AVIC device, and put a ";" on the others.

But i see many difference in these 2 files ,

The uc one has much more in it .

And i still have the problem that some settings aint saving .....

I found out that when i mute the master volume (in the nav panel) to remove that loud bleep everytime i touch something is turning back on when the unit restarts.

And when i set the key sounds off in that screen it only turns it off in the navigation and not when i go to the music or phone or anything else.

Hi.

I did the same thing, and now nothing work. It reboots and then " system startup, please wait" I can use the radio and the cd but not the gps, and soon it will reboot.

any idea why?

First of all delete the folder my flash drive/userdata/IGO/save.You should then at least be able to get back to the default settings.

Any help would greatly be appreciated I'm going to try looking in the data.zip to sse if I can find the issue

The problem is NOT with the mod, as the ipod/main screen is in an entire different section and is not dependent on any mod related to the navigation section, or the 'Data.zip' file. Also, the video works fine on my unit when I am in ipod mode (I always watch videos when I am stuck in traffic), and I have this mod installed as well.

So.. I got this baby to load nicely! Thanks for the awesome MOD!

Side Note: My favorites tab is unavailable. I can't add anything. I just see 3 pages of empties that I can't add. Anyone know of a fix?

I have a f700bt that i just updated to v3 that i purchased off ebay.It works great,but i saw ABB1"s all in one v5 update and loved it.My question is can i just follow ABB1"s directions on how to install this mod or do i need to do something different since i got the v3 update off ebay and didnt get it from this sight. Any help would be appreciated . Thanks Priority222

Hello All

Firstly need to say what a brilliant MOD this is and how it enhances my F700BT well beyond anything pioneer had done. SO thanks for making us non technical folk able to have the luxury of technical functionality that is well beyond our knowledge.

I have a F700BT which had the latest pioneer firmware update on (3.021). I then installed this MOD using the instructions in this post.

I have succesfully managed to get the MOD on to my unit and everything seems to work really well. Schemes included.

I have also managed to update my maps with some more recent ones for the UK. 

Two things I have cant manage to do at the moment is....

1) pair my phone to the unit. I managed to do this succesfully before I put ABBS MOD on but after it fails to pick up my phone. HAve tried to re pair it but my phone doesnt see the unit and the unit doesnt see the phone when scanned for??

2) how would I go about updating the speed cameras on this MOD??
