Make sure you install the ShortFuse hack using the Pioneer 1.001 patch release. If you are still running the original Z110 software, it will ignore the 2.00x patch files.
So, you need the original Shortfuse files to patch 1.001 - and when done will report as 1,003 - IIRC.
Once that is installed - re-verify the version number as before. Then you should be good to install CNSD-210FM SD1. Copy the contents of your extracted SD1 folder (ie Firmware,
Update, and cardinfo.cfi) to the root of your SD.

AM I bricked. I have a z110bt. Did the shortfuse crack. I never really checked my firmware version after that, i assumed it worked because the unit restarted after it finished and no problems occured. I then went ahead and tried the CNSD 210fm and inputed PASSWORDPASSWORD and updated all through 98% then got a update fail. I tried putting sd card again and said update fail retry but nothing happens when i hit retry. I used 8g micro SD on sd adaptor to do both shortfuse and update (reformatted card between updates). I've been stuck on that screen for a while now. I'm able to reboot to testmode however, but i cant do any forcewrite because it doesnt read sd card or usb slot. I then went ahead and got me a 4g sd card thinking that could be it but no go still. I'm going to try another PC to format and retry but maybe theres something else i can try? If u have any suggestions, PLEASE SHARE!

How do i do the password hack? i have the cnsd-210fm downloaded already but how do i crack the password. mines just a plain z110bt no upgrades. I've been trying to find it and i can't.

Wow.... almost 10 hours into this. I had one of the infamous units where the service information will ONLY show v1.001 even though 2 has gone though.
Thanks everyone who put this together and provided instructions! I recently bought a car with a z110bt installed but never upgraded and you made this a fast and easy upgrade.
I installed the shortfuse crack on update 1.001 and stuck in the SD card and it updated. Then I copied the SD1 folder from CSND-210 onto the sd-card, stuck it back in and it updated again. With that card still in I updated the bluetooth firmware. Then I put the contents of the SD2 folder on and updated the bluetooth firmware again.
does this update have mexico maps on it
Can anyone do me a solid who has downloaded this already and post JUST the cardinfo file? Apparently I need this for my z130bt upgrade, and it'd be easier than spending 2 hours taking the bandwith to download the whole .rar

The directions are in the 1st post and pretty easy. you have to update the patch/crack 1st so that you can update it to the new one. Its the same as the euro version. And it can be done with one sd card but you're going to have to do it 1 at a time. What i did was take the folders/files within the sd1 card folder and put it in the sd card. update it and then erased everything on and did the same with the bluetooth update.
I failed at this... the card insert with the 210fm does not load.
this is after the 3 days of torrent it unzipping or what ever to the avic folder blah blah.
loaded it on sd and then replaced the files wit short fuse files as the read me now file says and it does nothing.
I have 1.001 short fuse installed last week. and thought it was ready to accept another hacked file. Oh also I tired this wit the eu file also .
so am I doing this wrong and need to upgrade in season with updates or will each update need a specific hack?
I initially started on this route to go to 2.003, to follow up with an eu hack since Im living in Italy ..
My F10bt got updated thanks to ShortFuse to F20bt and now thanks to StefanSKI it got updated to F30bt with 2011 european maps and main app in less than 35minutes.

Ok how were you able to this this? Im currently in italy and would love to use or fix this Quoted procedure to a US version of the 130 of I guess the opposite to your F30t set up... But the sd1 and sd2 files only made my unit to a 3.001 or what ever us version instead. the 2.004 file attached is what in referencing after downloading a 31 part claimed EU .rar torrent... quoted in the CNSD-210FM European SD Card download (2011) post.. please advise

I had Fri Ken word and excel on my x910bt and my triangle was an f22 rapt or with a customized highly detailed day or night background in 3d.
Sucks. I just bought the z130bt and there isn't anything but lameness on these forums now. Anyways...I have a feeling there was good reason be hind there not being anything up worthwhile now...butstill.... all you guys rock that created this site.

ND-TMC10 is the new traffic tuner.
Will it work with ALL the AVIC devices? Is an ND-TMC10 for an X930 the same device as the ND-TMC10 for Z110?
